Carmen Burton-Perez is an illustrator and surface designer honing her skills in creative hand-lettering, colorful patterns, and digital-based illustration.

 

Since receiving her BFA in Illustration, Carmen relocated to Little Rock, Arkansas to work for Dillard's HQ to create fun prints and patterns for the men's private labels there. After being there for 2 years, Carmen moved back to Pittsburgh, PA to focus more on her family and freelancing career.

During her free time, Carmen enjoys watching The Office with her cat, Wednesday, and dog, Rue. When she's not in front of the couch, Carmen enjoys working out at the gym or going to metal shows.
